Halal Commitment Statement

Ekerler Paper Bag and Plastic Bag Packaging Industry and Trade Inc.; our main objective is to meet the requirements of the halal management system. Therefore;

Before production, necessary controls are carried out to ensure that raw materials not compliant with Islamic principles are not used.

At all production stages of our products, compliance with Turkish Food Legislation and the local legal regulations of the domestic countries where the products are requested is taken as a basis.

Production is carried out in accordance with Islamic jurisprudence and our customers’ halal food safety requirements.

Halal food safety hazards that may arise during the processes from the preparation of our products to the consumption stage are prevented; continuity is ensured through effective and dynamic control of hazards.

By ensuring the continuity of improvement and development activities in all units of our organization, risks arising from hazards that are contrary to and disruptive to halal food safety are minimized.

Training needs are met in order to create the necessary awareness among employees in line with the halal food management system.

It is committed that the requirements of the TS OIC/SMIIC 1 standard are fully met.
