Our Glass, Ceramic, Plastic and Wood Policy

In our facility, the use of glass, hard plastic and wood materials is restricted and kept under continuous control.

Where glass material must be used, it is ensured that the glass is covered with protective material.

No glass containers, lids or breakable hard plastic or ceramic materials are kept in the production area or stored as packaging material.

All glass materials in our factory are recorded and periodically checked by the Quality Department.

In the event of glass breakage anywhere within the facility, the glass breakage cleaning instruction is applied.

In glass and hard plastic breakage incidents, only equipment suitable for this purpose is used for cleaning the area.

Breakage incidents are recorded and the food safety team leader is informed to ensure that the area is cleaned effectively.

Glass and hard plastic materials located throughout the entire facility are checked once a month and recorded by the Quality Department.

Necessary warnings are made by the Production Supervisor to prevent the use of any wood material in our facility. Wood material is not allowed to enter production areas.

In case of pallet shortage within the facility, the use of wooden pallets is temporarily permitted and this situation is recorded through monitoring forms.

All employees and visitors are informed about this policy.
