Our Energy Policy

As Ekerler Paper Bag and Plastic Bag Packaging Industry and Trade Inc., in all our activities carried out in line with our vision and strategies, we aim to ensure that energy consumption is managed with a systematic approach and that resources are used efficiently, thereby reducing energy costs.

In this direction, we aim to establish, implement and maintain the continuity of the energy management system in order to continuously improve energy performance and efficiency.

To achieve these goals and objectives, we adopt an effective, inclusive and realistic energy management approach in line with the following principles:

To comply with national and international legislation, legal requirements and mandatory standards.

To prefer products and technologies that take energy efficiency into account in production and all our processes.

To set measurable targets that will increase energy efficiency and monitor these targets periodically.

To continuously improve energy performance and report it regularly.

To train and raise awareness among all our personnel on energy saving and efficiency.

To cooperate with our customers, legal authorities and stakeholders on energy management.

To consider energy efficiency in the purchase of machinery, equipment, raw materials, products and services.

To ensure that the resources and information required for energy management are accessible.

To regularly review our energy management policy and update it according to developments.
